About
Mr. Naugle’s practice concentrates on all aspects of civil defense litigation. His practice areas include defense of claims for personal injury, fire and casualty, toxic tort, construction defect, products liability, and criminal defense cases. He is a former Judicial Law Clerk in the Circuit Court for Frederick County, Maryland. He is admitted to practice in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and the U. S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
Mr. Naugle joined the firm in 2008. Since then, Mr. Naugle has taken and defended hundreds of depositions of fact and expert witnesses. In addition, he has tried hundreds of cases in the District and Circuit Courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia. His trial experience includes dozens of jury trials in which Mr. Naugle served as first chair counsel. Mr. Naugle has also successfully briefed and argued matters before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
He is a member of the Maryland State, District of Columbia, Baltimore County and Carroll County Bar Associations, is a member of the Maryland Defense Counsel and is qualified as a civil mediator in the state of Maryland.
Mr. Naugle attended West Virginia University (Cum Laude 2004); and the University of Baltimore School of Law (J.D. 2007). Mr. Naugle was also recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyer Magazine for 2012 and 2013 and was one of several lawyers in the firm to be featured in the corresponding issues of Baltimore Magazine.
