Partners S. Todd Willson and Christopher M. McNally Present at the Annual HB Litigation Lead Conference

In November, Bodie, Dolina, Hobbs, Friddell & Grenzer, P.C. joined six other groups in sponsoring the 2015 HB National Lead Litigation Conference in Boca Raton Florida. Bodie Partner Christopher McNally was a co-chairman and presenter for the event, speaking on the evolution circumstantial evidence in lead litigation. Bodie Partner Todd Willson also co-presented a seminar regarding the ethical rules and practice of lead law.

Mr. McNally co-supervises the team of attorneys handling the defense of both long-term care/nursing home malpractice cases and lead paint cases at the Bodie Firm. Mr. McNally has been an attorney with the Firm since 2006, and his practice focuses on the defense of property owners and insurance carriers in lead paint litigation, and has an extensive practice in the representation of uninsured property owners in lead paint litigation in Maryland. He has successfully represented both billion dollar corporations and the underprivileged in numerous litigation matters.

Mr. Willson co-supervises the litigation teams at Bodie that focus on the defense of long-term care institutions, medical malpractice defense and lead paint defense litigation. He has tried and won high exposure lead paint cases before juries in Baltimore City. He has successfully represented both billion dollar corporations and the disadvantaged in numerous litigation matters. Mr. Wilson has presented at a number of conferences regarding lead litigation and defense.
