Bodie Co-Sponsors Annual HB Lead Litigation Conference in Naples, Florida

On November 4 & 5, 2016, Bodie, Dolina, Hobbs, Friddell & Grenzer, P.C. will be co-sponsoring the 2016 HB National Lead Litigation Conference in Naples, Florida. Partner Christopher M. McNally is a co-chair and presenter for the event, moderating the session “Leveraging ADR for Your Client” and speaking with a panel of experts on a jury deliberation panel, including Christina Marikakis, a nationally-renowed jury consultant. In addition, Bodie Associate Zach Schlein will be co-presenting a discussion titled “Discovery: In Hot Pursuit of Summary Judgment”.

Christopher McNally co-supervises the team of attorneys handling the defense of both long-term care/nursing home malpractice cases and lead paint cases at the Bodie Firm. Mr. McNally has been an attorney with the Firm since 2006, and his practice focuses on the defense of property owners and insurance carriers in lead paint litigation, and has an extensive practice in the representation of uninsured property owners in lead paint litigation in Maryland. He has successfully represented both billion dollar corporations and the underprivileged in numerous litigation matters.

Zach Schlein joined Bodie, Dolina, Hobbs, Friddell & Grenzer, P.C. in 2013 as an associate attorney. He concentrates his practice in complex civil litigation, including the defense of property owners and insurance carriers in lead paint litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Schlein served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John J. Nagle III on the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Mr. Schlein also previously served as a legal intern to the Honorable Joseph F. Murphy, Jr. on the Maryland Court of Appeals.
