Christopher M. McNally Co-Presenting at the 2017 HFAM/Lifespan Conference on the Involuntary Discharge Process
Bodie Partner Christopher M. McNally will be co-presenting at the 2017 HFAM/Lifespan Conference, which will be held from October 23rd-26th, in Ocean City, Maryland. A co-supervisor of both the long-term care and nursing home malpractice defense team at Bodie, McNally has vast experience in these areas of law, and is also a frequent lecturer at a variety of events on topics pertinent to long-term care defense.
The conference, which is the largest of its kind in the Mid-Atlantic region, will cover a wide range of senior care, nursing and post-acute care issues, including new and continuing regulations, demographic changes, cross-continuum care, assisted living and the involuntary discharge process, on which Mr. McNally will be co-presenting.
The Conference, which is the eighth of its kind, will include panels and educational programs scheduled throughout the afternoon on each of its four days.
